To check who doesn't follow you back safely, request your data export from Instagram's Accounts Center in JSON format. Upload the followers and following files into FollowScope to instantly cross-reference your connections locally inside your browser with zero password sharing.
Traditional follower tracker apps ask for your Instagram username and password to scrape account data via unofficial APIs. Instagram flags this as automated bot behavior, triggering account suspensions, CAPTCHAs, or permanent bans. Client-side tools like FollowScope eliminate this risk by parsing offline export files.
